The objective:
The Nichols Group and the Major Projects Association wanted to offer something different, engaging and thought provoking at diverse client events.
The solution:
Sarah and her script writer, Sue McCormick, devised a short play on Consultancy Project Management, full of relevant messages. They used the well known story of the Armada, with Elizabeth I and Sir Frances Drake as the Client and the User and Colin Shakespeare (a distant cousin of the bard) as the Project Manager.
