The objective:
Sarah's remit was to coach a team to deliver a Group Presentation in order to win a new account.
The solution:
Sarah worked with the team individually and then as a group, specifically to highlight how a team looks and sounds. She used different techniques to practise presenting to the Board with at least one 'dry run' followed by a question and answer session. The group was assessed and given feedback by their peers, the Senior Partners and Sarah to guarantee an evermore convincing pitch on the day.
