The objective:
The goal with this leading financial organisation was to work closely with Senior Management to enhance personal development and platform speaking skills.
The solution:
Initially, Sarah worked one-to-one on a coaching day with each delegate. There then followed an interval of a month which enabled everyone to embed the values, skills and ideas needed for successful platform speaking. Four delegates at a time then met together for a single day in a large theatre where platform speaking and leadership communication skills were put to the test. The delegates were encouraged to support one another and offer constructive feedback. The outcome was that all the delegates bonded at a management level and were also able to speak confidently in a large auditorium scenario.
